Please note the following details:

  • DEPOSIT:  A $100 deposit is required to save your spot. Deadline for registrations is April 12, 2015.  (pay now)
  • REGISTRATION FEE: An additional registration fee of $350 is due no later than May 1, 2015. 
  • RELEASE FORM: Download release form, fill out, and either drop off at the Third Church office or email to Deanna Terpstra by April 12, 2015.
  • AIRLINE TICKET: A copy of your airline ticket needs to be emailed to Deanna Terpstra by April 12, 2015. The Third Church office staff can assist you with scanning the airline ticket if needed.
    • Instructions for obtaining an airline ticket:
      • Select a flight that will arrive before 12 pm on Saturday to the San Diego airport (SAN), June 13, 2015 - week 1 or June 20 - week 2. Please note: The group will meet at terminal 2 baggage claim area.
      • Select a return flight that will depart any time Saturday from the San Diego airport (SAN), June 20 - week 1 or June 27 - week 2. Please note: We will be staying at a hotel near the airport.
  • PASSPORT: A copy of your passport needs to be emailed to Deanna Terpstra by April 12, 2015. The Third Church office staff can assist you with scanning your passport if needed.
    A current passport is required to enter and return from Mexico. Since we traveling by ground, a passport card is sufficient. If you do not have a current passport, please start the application process now It can take 6-8 weeks for the passport to arrive. Detailed information about required documents and forms can be found at and required photos can be taken in about 15 minutes at Ship It in Pella.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a work trip requiring patience, stamina, and a willing heart to serve God's people.
